TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT

These Terms and Conditions apply to all goods supplied and by 444 Shoe Warehouse and override any terms and conditions referred to by the Customer whether in negotiations or otherwise. These Terms and Conditions of Payment are in addition to 444 Shoe Warehouse Standard Conditions of Sale.

DEFINITIONS

"The Goods" means the goods the subject of the Contract between theCompany and the Customer. "The Customer" means the person, firm or company purchasing the Goods. Each delivery of Goods shall be deemed to be a separate Contract to which these Terms and Conditions shall apply.

TERMS

No stipulation, representation or warranty made or attempted to be made at any time by either party to the Contract or by any person on behalf of such party shall vary, modify or counteract these Terms and Conditions. No variation in these Terms and Conditions shall be valid unless made in writing under the hand of a Director of the Company. In the event that any part or parts of these conditions are held to be invalid such invalidity shall not alter the validity of any other part or parts of the same and each Clause and each sub-clause shall be capable of independent existence. The Customer agrees to enter into the Contract in the course of its business and not as a Consumer.

QUOTATIONS AND PRICES

Any quotation by the Company shall be valid for acceptance for 30 days and if not accepted within this period shall be deemed to be withdrawn. Quotations are based on current Supply of Goods or Production costs and are subject to variation on or after acceptance to meet any recognised rise or fall in such costs. Prices are calculated on the basis of Supply of Goods or Production costs of average commercial work. Faults revealed within 24 Hours will be corrected at no extra costs, but additional to the origin will be charged at base rate. VAT shall be paid by the Customer at the rate prevailing at the date of invoice. The Company reserves the rights to sub-contract work and where the quotation given includes an estimate or reserve in respect of the costs of a sub-contractor such estimate or reserve whilst given in good faith is subject to formal confirmation and will not be binding upon the Company unless and until ratified by the sub-contractor.

PAYMENT TERMS

· Your payment will take a minimum of 3 working days to reach the account to which you are making a payment. (This includes time to verify your credit/debit card details with your credit/debit card supplier and for payment to be notified .

· We can not accept liability for a payment not reaching the intended account due to a customer quoting an incorrect account number.

· We can not accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier (due to the customer quoting incorrect card details or other reasons).

· If the credit/debit card supplier declines payment, 444 Shoe Warehouse is under no obligation to bring this fact to the customer's attention. Customers should check with their bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from their account.

· Should The Buyer not wish to purchase products online. You can forward a

cheque, money order, bank draft made payable to 444 Shoe Warehouse.

· Order will then be processed 5 working days from clearance of payment method

CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENT

You will receive a confirmation of your payment by email as well as an on screen confirmation after you make the payment.

DISCLAIMER

444 Shoes Warehouse do not store your credit/debit card details on the website. This information is processed by our chosen Payment Merchants.

RISK AND TITLE

The risk in the goods shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery. Where the goods are collected by or on behalf of the Buyer or its agents from the premises of the Seller, the risk shall pass to the Buyer at the time the goods are handed over to the Buyer or its agents. The property in the goods shall not pass to the Purchaser until they have been paid for in full. If nevertheless, the Buyer sells the goods before they have been paid for in full, he shall hold the proceeds of such sale (or, where he has made partial payment to the Seller for the goods, such of the proceeds as are equal to the sum remaining due from him to the Seller for the goods) on trust for the Seller.

LAW OF THE JURISDICTION

The Contract shall be governed by Irish Law and by the jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.

Delivery Information & Costs

Standard Delivery is € 10.00 - IRELAND or (30 kg)
European Delivery is € 31.00 for 25 pairs or ( 30kg)

You can expect Delivery in 5 - 14 working days following the date your order is placed.

Return an Item

You can return any items you are not completely happy with by post within 14 Days of receipt. We will refund the payment card, the price paid for the items on receipt of the unworn returned items.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

PLEASE NOTE: Should you wish to avail of our returns policy, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer post and packing expense.

If you are returning products please remember that they are your responsibility, as a customer, until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send any returns using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, for example Post, DPD, UPC.
